Todd is an outstanding team member who genuinely cares about the customers at Fitness Depo and their happiness with the products. He gave me essential info regarding my T5 Treadmill and kept checking in with me until every one of my worries was addressed. Big shoutout to Todd - awesome employee!

I was really impressed with the Oakville location, especially with David, the manager. The Concept 2D rower I had my eye on was out of stock, but he quickly recommended a more affordable and excellent DMaster R3000 Air Rower that was available. He even set it aside for my sister to pick up a few days later. When she went to pay and collect the machine, he was just as helpful. Big thanks to David for making this purchase a truly enjoyable experience!

I got a stationary bike from Industrial Location, and it turned out to be a used commercial model. After a few months of use, I noticed it was skipping like a chain slip. Unfortunately, there was NO warranty on it. I took it back to Paul, and they opened it up to discover a dead press bearing. Ughhh, the cost for that part was over 1000 dollars! Hearing that news really bummed me out—1700 bucks down the drain. But then, Paul spoke with the owner, and they decided to swap my unit for a Lifecycle 9500! I've bought all my gear from Paul at the Industrial Location, but I haven't met the owner yet. Wow, talk about service! These folks really go the extra mile. I highly recommend Fitness Depot Ottawa!

The sales team at the shop is super knowledgeable and really helpful. However, after you buy something, you're stuck dealing with a somewhat independent service crew, and they just don’t respond or return your calls. It can take ages to get a reply from them about setup or repairs that were talked about with the store staff. Definitely not focused on the customer.

I've been dealing with Fitness Depot since '85. I've set up my own home gyms and even helped my daughter's school gym with their gear. Bob runs a fantastic shop that really puts customers first, and he's always super friendly and ready to help. I swing by every now and then just to catch up with the team and check out the latest stuff. Honestly, I can't picture anyone needing to go anywhere else for fitness gear unless they just don’t have what you're looking for. I really appreciate these folks, and the way they treat me is just fantastic!

Keith Elmore, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and took a laid-back, consultative approach. The installation was done by a super friendly and professional technician who got the bike set up right and quick. After just three uses, the bike started to squeak. I reached out to Keith, and he promptly arranged for a tech to come by for repairs. Turns out, it just needed some lubrication. So far, we haven't had any more issues. I definitely recommend The Fitness Depot.

Make sure to give yourself enough time for delivery and setup to check out how to maintain the gear you bought and how to operate the machines. The delivery and setup went smoothly, but there was no info provided on how to care for the equipment or who to reach out to if something goes wrong with a machine. My sales team was spot on! No letdowns from them whatsoever.
